San Antonio District 1 Councilwoman,
Mary Alice Cisneros, visited the Élan Gardens Apartment Community and took
a tour of the construction progress of the first affordable apartment
community built in District 1 in over a decade. The tour was hosted by
members of HomeSpring Residential Services and San Antonio Housing
Authority.
