Formed in 1982, Hogan Properties Company, Inc. dba HOGAN REAL ESTATE SERVICES and HOGAN PROPERTY COMPANY  has developed over $299 Million of Commercial Properties. The Company Principals have an impressive array of real estate Development and Brokerage experience with real estate transactions with such companies as:

In the early 1980's HOGAN REAL ESTATE SERVICES completed the development of Interchange East Industrial Park located on 70 acres of prime land at the intersection of IH-10 East and Loop 410 East on San Antonio's East Side. Companies that have resided in the Park include, Koger Food Company, Union Camp Corporation, Weyerhauser Corporation, Fite Distribution Services, Pace Foods, KCI International, Clarke American Company.

In 1982 HOGAN REAL ESTATE SERVICES began the joint development of Northwest Crossroads, a 340 acre Business Park located at Loop 410 West and Military Drive West.  The  Business Park is bounded on the West by Culebra Road, the South by Loop 410 West and on the Northwest side by Potranco Road. Northwest Crossroads is the home of N.S.A. Homeland Security, Academy Sports, Sears Service Center, Super Walmart , The Hollows Apartments, Willow Creek Apartments and Willow Bend Apartments

During the beginning of the 1990's, HOGAN REAL ESTATE SERVICES completed a 52-acre mixed-use development known as Woodway Park, which was started in 1983.  Woodway Park received the  National Association of Industrial Office Parks Award for Excellence in Design. When completed, the Woodway Park development  had a total of 650,000 square feet of office buildings and health club facilities, a Limited Service hotel and 248 apartment units. Companies occupying space at Woodway Park include Clarke American, U.S. Global Investors, Benefit Planners, Inc, Bender Associates AIA, West Telemarking, Homestead Hotel. San Antonio Racquet and Fitness Center now the Spectrum Health Club. 

The Development Services division has completed a $12 Million, 276 Unit Apartment Complex known as Willow Creek Apartments in 1996.  HOGAN REAL ESTATE SERVICES  completed in 2004 a $18 Million 280 Unit Eagle Ridge Apartments adjacent to Ingram Park Mall, San Antonio, Texas.  In 2005  HOGAN REAL ESTATE SERVICES finished  the construction of the $18 Million Willow Bend Apartments a new 250 unit addition to Northwest Crossroads, San Antonio, Texas.  HOGAN REAL ESTATE SERVICES has opened 252 unit Town Square Apartment Community in May of 2008 and 228 unit Élan Gardens Apartment Community in August of 2008. Currently 3 projects under design for construction.
